Daily Camp Blog – 1st August<
Today was departure day and, without a doubt, the most emotional day of the camp. After two incredible weeks filled with adventure, friendship, and unforgettable experiences, it was finally time to say goodbye.
From early in the morning, campers began leaving the camp in small groups, travelling to the airport by camp vans or taxis accompanied by our staff. Throughout the morning, the camp slowly became quieter as each group set off on their journey home.
There were countless hugs, smiles, and emotional goodbyes as campers thanked their group leaders, instructors, and new friends for the wonderful memories they had shared together. Many exchanged contact details and promised to keep in touch, hoping to meet again in the future.
On behalf of the entire Village Camps team, we would like to thank all of our campers and their families for being part of this unforgettable summer. It has been a privilege to share these amazing weeks with you, and we hope everyone returns home with lifelong friendships, new skills, and memories that will last forever.
We wish you all a safe journey home and hope to welcome you back to Village Camps for another unforgettable adventure in the future!
