Today we look at the team behind the scenes. With over 120 years of combined experience, we introduce to you our office staff:

Nick - Camp Director. Nick started working at Village Day Camps in 1978 as a young 18 year old counsellor. He quickly ascended the ranks to become Director. Year after year he keeps his cool as he makes sure camp runs as smoothly as can be.

Andrea - Camp Administrator. Andrea started in 1999 and it changed her life! She ensures that parents and campers have all they need everyday.

Gregg (aka. Pappa Bear) - Seniors Coordinator. Gregg started in 1996 as an outdoor sport specialist. He revolutionised the sports field so it was named after him - Luna Field.

Sue - Intermediates Coordinator. Sue first came to Village Day Camps 14 years ago. She gets camp started with a boom on day one and ensures that everyone knows exactly what they are doing!

Jordynn - Mini Camp Coordinator. Jordynn has worked as counsellor for mini camp and Arts & Crafts in the past and did such a great job that this year she came back to coordinate Mini Camp, which she does with fantastic organisational skills!

Skip - Supplies Manager. Skip came to camp 13 years ago with his wife, Sue. He started running errands for the camp and soon became indispensable!

Sandra - Camp Nurse. Sandra has been coming to camp for the past 3 years. She is always on the scene when needed; our very own Florence Nightingale!

Rob - Specialist Coordinator. Rob first came as a sports specialist and did a fantastic job of it. Two years ago he took on a logistical position, but it rained a little bit too much for his liking. So this year he came back to coordinate all the specialists as well as being intermediates coordinator for the last session and he has done a wonderful job!

Stephen - Logistics Coordinator. This is Stephen's second year working at camp. Last year he was with a group of 9's and this year he is in the office coordinating the lunch requirements, excursion schedules and managing the website and putting up the daily photos.
