Your dreams will come true
Today, campers got to witness one of the best freestyle footballers in the world - Colin Nell.
He shared his story of how he went from being 21, living with his parents and unsuccessful in life to fulfilling his dreams. He is now employed by Manchester United and Manchester City.
His message: "Believe in yourself and do what you really want to do. If you put in the work your dreams will come true."
The afternoon consisted of team-building games aimed to challenge our LTC groups on their ability to work together.
They practiced the art of communication by guiding their blindfolded team members around obstacles courses and getting them to locate various objects. They were faced with the difficulties of giving clear and precise instructions as well as being able to listen and interpret these directions from the variety of different backgrounds.
The ability to delegate and strategies was really put to the rest when each member had to walk on a climbing rope held up in a circle by the other group members.
They practiced trust as they had to get over the "Great wall of China", overcoming certain fears and helping each other push beyond their comfort zones.
"Great leaders throughout time" was the theme that inspired young people's acting this evening. Five entertaining skits were judged, chocolate was won and cleaning happened.

- Lunch: Salad buffet, Grilled veal sausage, Potato patties, Fried courgettes, Strawberry cake
- Dinner: Salad buffet, Chicken breast in bread crumbs, Potatoes, Green beans, Caramel Flan, Ice-cream
