Summer Camp England
Big night preparation!
This morning was no exception with all eight of the morning programs beginning straight away after breakfast with our Creative Arts and English programs working on each of their projects whilst Performing Arts continued working on their final Friday show. The footballers starting to get ready to beat the counsellors on their respective football matches (yellows football match and campers vs. counsellors game)
Today we had to skip our favourite Kangaroo Court to get more time for preparations for the upcoming event of the week - the Big Night. There were 6 teams of different colours and themes. Campers from all age groups and counsellors joined their relevant colour groups and prepare a chant, banner and mascot to represent their team!
Being well and truly worn out from the sun and activity, after dinner Village Camps put on some fun evening programs for each house. The Yellows got to have a pool party with plenty of games, laughs and party food, meanwhile the Reds went to 'Muggles' for an evening, getting a chance to chill out after a busy week.
This Session has been amazing so far, the kids are all very happy to be here and are enjoying their days fully, they are all very excited for Big Night and the rest of camp of course!
