Another great day at VC York

VC York campers are well and truly in the camp routine and spirit. They enjoy every day with full energy and excitement.

As the nice sunny weather stayed with us, Village Camps did its best using up the sun with all of our programs and activities. This morning was no exception with all eight of the morning programs beginning straight away after breakfast with the footballers and basketballers sweating in the genesis and on the pitches whilst horse riders and golfers took their opportunity to seize the nice weather.

Our young leaders at LTC went offsite to practise their team working skills at laser tag in York. Creative Arts with biljana mastered their creative skills. Performing are doing a great job at preparing for their final show! Our Performers are very excited for their show next Friday, they are having great ideas every single day to come up with an amazing performance.

Adventure and Activities campers challenged themselves at a high ropes centre. Gladiator challenge and leap of faith tested their courage and by the end of the day some of the campers did the rope course even backwards.

For their evening programs colours were separated in to their colour groups. Blue House tried out 'Muggles Activity Centre' for the very first time. The evening was full of fun and excitement with the Red House playing great running game called "Colour Wars", as well as jellyfish and dead ant which were warm up games for the big game using the football pitch. Yellow girls and boys were treated to a pool party.
