Bring on session 2!

Welcome to the second session of Village Camps York for 2014!

Once again we greeted friends both new and old from all over the world as our Village Camps staff spent all day preparing the Queen Ethelburga's campus in anticipation of our new arrivals. Although travelling from far and wide, all jet lag was quickly replaced with great attitudes and wide smiles that became infectious as our counsellors engaged all campers in a variety of different activities from Arts and Crafts to playing music at the Village Green.

It is with great excitement that we began to get to know each camper and each of their individual talents and personalities as we aim to give them the best summer experience possible. Our program officially kicks off tomorrow with each camper going straight into their chosen interests and activities.

  • Breakfast: Continental Breakfast, Fresh Fruit, Bacon, Beans, Eggs,
  • Lunch: Ham & Mushroom Quiche, (v) Israeli Cous Cous with Roasted Vegetables, New Potatoes, Steamed Peas, Doughnuts
  • Dinner: Roast Chicken Thighs, (v) Stuffed Peppers with Sun Blushed Tomato, Basil and Spelt Risotto, Roast Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, Warm Flapjack
