Certified Lifeguard/Swim Counsellor

The certified lifeguard/ Swim Counsellor/Activity Counsellor is responsible for the supervision of campers during the Swim/ pool activity sessions. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as trekking, mountain biking, climbing, orienteering, arts and crafts, drama, dance, sailing, swimming, football and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and weekend excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.
Applicants must possess a lifeguard certification and have experience working with teenagers. A first Aid certification and a criminal background check are mandatory requirements for this position

The Activity and Adventure counsellor assists in Various Adventure and sports activities such as trekking, swimming, climbing, high ropes courses, cycling, beach volleyball, paddle boarding, orienteering, tennis, soccer and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and weekend excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.
Applicants must be very sporty and have experience working with teenagers. Applicants must also be confident swimmers, as beachside activities are programmed. A basic first aid certification and a criminal background check are mandatory requirements for this role.

The Health care Personnel's daily duties range from providing first aid and health care to campers and staff members and administering daily medication, to participating in all aspects of camp life. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as swimming, mountain biking, orienteering, arts and crafts, drama, dance, tennis. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.
Applicants must hold a First Aid certification or nursing qualification or currently be studying for a nursing or medical qualification. A criminal background certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
