The Junior Leadership Counsellor is involved in a variety of activities focusing on leadership development through education, outdoor activities and seminar learning. The JLU/PJLU programmes offer thus a constructive relationship between outdoor pursuits, facilitators and seminars lead by youth speakers. These programs are designed to develop in each participant the ability to recognize and build upon certain skills such as: public speaking, teambuilding, motivation, self-esteem or strategic planning. The Junior Leadership Counselor duties involve leading in creative and outdoor activities such as trekking, teambuilding, orienteering, reviewing, volleyball and football. The Junior Leadership Counsellor will also assist with outsourced activities such as canyoning or rafting. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Candidate MUST have experience working with teenagers.

Health Care Manager is responsible for camper and staff health. Daily duties range from providing first aid and administering medication to participating in all aspects of camp life. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as swimming,hiking, sailing, Team building activities, orienteering,high ropes course, rafting. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Applicants must have a health care qualification or an emergency first aid certification and experience working with young people from 15- 18 years
