Programme Staff - Basketball counsellor/ Activity Counsellor

The Basketball Counsellor participates in the morning basketball coaching session, delivering basketball skills to the campers specifically signed up for basketball camp. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as football, tennis, gym, team games, trekking, swimming, mountain biking, orienteering, arts and crafts, drama, dance, tennis and Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Applicant must have proven experience coaching Basketball. Please be aware that a 1st Aid certification and a criminal record background check are mandatory requirements for this position.

Adventure counsellor leads the Adventure programme as well as leading a wide range of sporting, creative and outdoor activities such as trekking, swimming, rock climbing, mountain biking, canyoning, raft building, orienteering, arts and crafts, archery, drama, dance, tennis, soccer and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties. Due to staff ratio of male to female staff members, we can now only accept applications from male applicants.

Applicant must have qualifications and/or proven experience in relevant Outdoor Adventure activities. A first aid-CPR certification and a criminal background certification are mandatory for this position
