Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as mountain biking, orienteering, arts and crafts, archery, drama, dance, tennis, football and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Applicants must have a valid lifeguard certification and experience working with children. A DBS criminal record check is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Applicants must have golfing experience and be willing to supervise a group of 10- 17 year old campers. Please be aware that a basic 1st Aid certification and a DBS criminal background check are mandatory requirements for this position.

We are looking to hire a Horse riding Activity counsellor who will assist our Horse riding teachers and supervise international campers aged 10- 17 years during the Horse riding activity. The responsibilities are: - making sure the children are prepared on time for the activity - Helping the beginner horse riders feel comfortable around the horses - supervising the children during the care and grooming of the horses, - Helping the children mount the horses - making sure all the children wear safety helmets - helping the children dismount the horses. The horse riding lessons are taught by an independent horse riding Company in York. The main responsibility for the Horse riding activity counsellor will be supervising the children during the preparation of the horse prior to the lessons. The horse riding activity takes place from Monday- Friday for 3 hours every morning. Afternoon and evening duties involve assisting in creative,outdoor and sporting activities such as swimming,orienteering, arts and crafts, archery, drama, dance, cookery and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

The camp driver will be responsible for driving camp vehicles and transporting clients and staff to and from Activity areas, train stations and local airports, The Camp Driver will also Assist with the purchase of camp equipment and supplies as required. Escort campers to and from camp as required. Applicants must be willing to live and work in a resident camp, spending 24 hours a day, day after day with children.

Applicant must have at least 3 years' driving experience, be organised, adaptable and trustworthy and possess strong communication skills. Must possess a clean drivers license (manual transmission, at least 9 seats) A DBS criminal check is a mandatory requirement for this position.
