Summer Camp Boston, USA
TGIF
Today, July 31st, 2015, the students not only continued working on their inspirational speeches, they were also given the opportunity to create and write postcards that will be sent to their families. They enjoyed designing postcards with their favourite spots within the Boston area. In addition, the students created their own quotes and designed posters that represented their personal interpretation of the quote which they created.
In the afternoon, students were given the opportunity to go kayaking in Hopkinton State park. The students who participated in this optional activity were able to rent kayaks and explore the lake. They were also able to swim in the lake as well. The students who decided to stay on campus made rice krispies squares with the activity leaders.
In the evening, students played a game of Capture the Flag and then participated in a game of basketball.
