Aussie by birth, Kiwi by residence, Angela has been sampling cuisine from around the world since leaving school from 17 years of age. Her love of food aside Angela’s training and primary love is in theatre and performing arts. However, since living in New Zealand from 2006, she has become actively involved in the Ecotourism and Tourism industries, whilst in her spare time rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, performance in theatre and seeking great wine coffee shops! Angela looks forward to travels to South America and Antarctica later in 2010, and to eventually building a tree house on her wee slice of rainforest in New Zealand! Yippee!
