Before completing our application form, we strongly encourage you
to read about our residential and day programmes so that you choose
the camp and position most suited to your skills, languages and experience.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
YOU
APPLYING TO VILLAGE CAMPS
To obtain an application form, you have two options:

You can download an application form:
Download the application
form, the standard
reference form and the applicant
release and authorisation form.

| NB: |
The forms are in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) so you
must have Acrobat Reader installed to view and print it. If you need to
install Acrobat Reader,

You may request to have an application
mailed to you:

| NB: |
While there is no deadline to
apply, we strongly suggest that you download the application forms. Requesting an application to
be mailed to you may delay the application process.

COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM |

| To complete the application
form, follow 3 easy steps: |

| STEP 1. |
Print clearly and complete each section of
the application form, including the applicant release and authorisation
form. Read and sign the declaration on Page 1 once you have completed the
form. |
| STEP 2. |
Contact two referees, one of which must be
a recent employer. Ask each of them to complete our standard reference
form and post, email or fax the form directly to the recruitment office.
If you prefer, you may choose to submit your references directly with your
application form.

| NOTE: |
It is your responsibility to follow up with
each referee to ensure that the forms have been completed and sent to us.
References submitted from family or friends as part of the two required
references will not be considered.

| STEP 3. |
In order for us to consider your application,
ensure that the following items are included:
- 2 recent passport-sized photos (originals)
- a curriculum vitae/resume
- a photocopy of your valid passport and valid basic first aid/CPR certificates
- photocopies of qualifications, degrees or awards that you would like
us to consider
- 2 references (standard form above) NOTE: We also accept written reference letters from current and former employers.

| NOTE: |
We are unable to return any documents
to you so please do not send us any original copies. If you are waiting
to renew your passport and/or first aid and CPR certificates, we strongly
recommend that you submit your application along with the remaining items
in order to begin the application process. Your passport and first aid/CPR certificates
may be sent at a later date. |
