Our programme in Zell am See operates out of the Notburgahof Chalet. The chalet has outdoor tennis courts, badminton courts, a multi-purpose gym, table tennis, an internet café with Imac computers, classrooms, a disco and an outdoor chessboard. Facilities in the area include a swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), climbing walls (artificial and natural), a rollerblade park, a skating rink, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), a BMX track, a summer sledding run, an 18 hole championship golf course, a ropes course, a football pitch, a mountain hut and a mini golf course. Campers and staff members eat together in the family-style dining room and sleep in the same building. Our camp welcomes up to 80 campers per session.

  Film Camp Coordinator
Counsellors include teachers, activity counsellors, group leaders and specialists. Each session, counsellors are assigned to a colour group representing campers of a certain age range. A colour group is divided into smaller groups of campers to which counsellors are assigned. In addition to everyday programme duties, counsellors play a strong nurturing role. They are expected to be positive, energetic and able to deal with diverse personalities and behavioural issues sensitively. Counsellors need to have a sense of group responsibility and be responsive to the needs of children. Days are physically challenging and involve long hours on duty, often 24 hours a day, day after day.

Job Description:

Specialist leads tennis sessions to campers of beginners to advanced level abilities. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as trekking, swimming, mountain biking, orienteering, windsurfing, kayaking, arts and crafts, drama, dance, sailing and soccer.  Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
Applicant will have qualifications and/or have extensive experience in teaching tennis.

Job Description:
Language instructor teaches beginners to advanced level German for several periods during designated times in the day. A variety of backgrounds are represented and children vary in age and ability in the classroom. Teacher is required to submit long-range plans, plan daily lessons and monitor students' progress using effective techniques. Other duties involve assisting in creative, outdoor and sporting activities such as trekking, swimming, mountain biking, rock climbing, orienteering, arts and crafts, drama, dance, sailing, swimming, football and basketball. Additional responsibilities include supervising during meal times and excursions, participating in evening programmes and wake-up/lights-out duties.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
Applicant will be a native speaker of German, hold a relevant teaching qualification to teach German as a foreign language and have proven teaching experience of a minimum of one year.

Job Description:
To organise and supervise up to 10 campers involved in the film-making programme at our international, residential camp in Zell am See, Austria. Applicant will be trained and experienced in digital video filming, editing and production and have experience in working with children in an residential and/or international environment. Duties and responsibilities include designing a fun, educational programme for 10 to 17 year olds, leading the film-making programme for 3 hours daily, reviewing programme resources to implement new ideas and develop the film programme and discussing programme requirements and budgets with the camp director. Good communication skills in English is required and knowledge of a second language is an asset.
