| Choosing the right camp for kids about to embark on their first residential camp experience is major concern for most parents. With almost 40 years experience of working with young people, Village Camps provides a fun, caring and secure environment that guarantees the perfect first experience away from home.
Throughout the day, experienced, caring counsellors guide young campers through a magical programme of specially designed activities as shown in the list below. Under constant, patient supervision by Village Camps counsellors, each camper receives clear instructions during each activity. Campers are introduced to many different activities, some of which may become part of their future lives. With sensitive guidance and loads of fun, kids develop a taste for new ideas, sports and making new friends. | | |
| Accommodation, Excursions & Activities | | |
| Junior campers stay in their own private residence set up specifically to welcome our youngest campers. The ‘clubhouse’ is located within a one minute walk from the main building, the Swiss Alpine Centre. They benefit from enjoying all of the facilities of the main building while having their own cozy home away from home at the clubhouse. There are bedrooms for 3-4 campers, a large play room and lounge and plenty of space around for the variety of games and activities in which the campers take part. Leysin is a small and beautiful town in the Swiss Alps with plenty to offer.
