Steps to Sign Up : |

| 1 |
Click on the Sign Up Now link and
decide whether you want to fill out the online application or download
an application in PDF format.
|
| 2 |
Arrange for the payment of a
minimum of the € 700 deposit per child per session and mail
or fax the completed Summer application form to us. If you use the online
application,
this information will be sent electronically to us. Please note that
no booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If you have already made confirmed
travel arrangements for your child(ren) or do not require an escorted travel
service, please return the Arrival and departure information form with
your application form in order that we may send you a final invoice with
your confirmation.

| 4 |
We will confirm your booking and
send you an invoice for the final payment together with a comprehensive
information pack about the programme(s) you have booked.
|

| 5 |
By May 15th arrange for the balance
of payment to be made.
|
|
| 6 |
No later than 30 days before the
start of the programme, complete and return the Arrival
and departure information form (if you sign up online, please download
this form) as well as the Confidential information form (which will be
sent to you with your booking confirmation).
