With the challenging York countryside serving as field of action, teams of campers are presented with a full range of tasks in which teamwork, communication and problem-solving are put to the test. Each day is constructed around leadership training sessions plus physical activities and mental drills, including team-building challenge excursions. This part of the programme is the highly, reputed VILLAGE CAMPS T.A.L.E or The Amazing Leadership Experience. T.A.L.E. is designed as rally-type contests, with camper-teams given places to find, sites to visit, items to collect and missions to accomplish ... all on a limited budget to promote understanding of R.O.I. (Return on Investment), a principle that guides corporate investment in today’s world. What’s not limited are the opportunities to communicate, interact, solve problems, overcome obstacles and cultivate leadership qualities. And that's what LTC and, in fact, LIFE is all about! |

Leadership Training Camp members develop a better understanding of themselves and their sense of leadership. They learn how to more effectively work with other people and develop a better grasp of their own leadership skills. At the same time, they make new friends, and get to enhance their understanding of England and its culture. |
