WHAT HAPPENS AT LTC ? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
The programme is summarized
in the chart below. There are workshops and physical challenges
which yield impressive results. The programme is separate from other
Leysin programmes and has it’s own centre not far from the main campus. The Hotel features comfortable rooms for two to four campers, each with en-suite
facilities. |

ACCOMMODATION AND CAMP ORGANISATION |
|
| |
A typical day includes
breakfast, workshops, lunch, adventure activities and dinner.
Evening activities include discussion forums and game-type
situations, discos, magic performances and movies, before
free time. The weekend includes accompanied excursions to destinations
throughout Switzerland. All instruction and course materials
will be in English.

Note that this is a completely independent programme with its own activities
related to leadership
and team-building. The full programme including the resources (facilitators)
will be available from VILLAGE CAMPS ' headquarters. One assurance you have,
is that the programme is a non-stop event from sun-up to midnight. Ok,
you might get the odd morning to sleep-in

THE BOTTOM LINE |

LTCers develop a better understanding
of themselves and their sense of effective leadership. They will learn
how to more effectively work with other people and have more insight
into leadership skills. At the same time, they of course make new friends,
and get to enhance their understanding of Switzerland and its culture.
